SSA Hybrid Conditioning: Strength & Endurance

Strength & Endurance: A 45-minute high-energy training class designed to build total-body strength, improve endurance, and increase overall conditioning. Combining functional strength work, cardio intervals, and athletic-style training, this class is perfect for all fitness levels looking to move, sweat, and get stronger in a motivating group environment.
