At SSA, our mission is to empower young athletes by building
a foundation of speed, strength, and athletic resilience.
Whether your child is just starting out or a seasoned athlete,
we guide, motivate, and empower every step of the way.
Through expert coaching, progressive training, and a positive &
encouraging environment, we aim to develop confident, capable,
and well-rounded athletes prepared to excel in sports and in life.

of space, 20 yards of turf and the newest in Torque training equipment, Dedham Health has transformed
the Arena into a dedicated space for athletes to perform better.

performance in game? Our staff will craft a week by week plan to
tailor to your needs on exactly what you are looking for. Whether its
footwork, endurance or an increase in your speed, we have the
plan for you.

Dedicated Workouts for Added Strength: Whether you are in our
in-season program of two sessions a week or our offseason program
of four sessions a week, we are dedicated to making sure you feel
confident in your strength when you’re stepping into your sport.
With our top-of-the-line equipment and educated staff, we have
the recipe you are looking for.
